The IDC program at Pimp My Dive is designed to offer you a comprehensive training, intensive and led by recognized professionals. It is conducted by Jean Michel Pelissier, our PADI Gold Course Director, with over 30 years of experience. Whether you choose to complete the training in one go or in stages, we adapt the pace to your needs. Here are the key details to help you prepare for your journey toward PADI instructor certification.
A complete path to PADI instructor
The IDC (Instructor Development Course) consists of two modules: Assistant Instructor (AI) and Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI), followed by the final exam IE (Instructor Examination).
• Assistant Instructor: teaching techniques, engaging briefings, confined water supervision.
• OWSI : pedagogical improvement in confined and open environments.
• IE : final test validated by an official PADI examiner.
At the end of the program, you'll be ready to teach all levels, from Discover Scuba to Divemaster.
