Try Freediving
Have you always been fascinated by the underwater silence and the grace of freedivers? This introductory program is made for you. Try Freediving lets you discover the basics of freediving safely, with no certification commitment.
Under the guidance of a certified instructor, you'll learn to better understand your breathing, release tension and progressively go deeper. The day is divided into an accessible theory section, a pool session to build your confidence, and a sea outing to test your skills in a natural environment.
• Duration: 1 full day
• Prerequisites: Be in good health, know how to swim, be at least 10 years old
• Content: Introduction to breathing, buoyancy, finning techniques, freediving exploration

PADI Freediver – Certification

In two days, you’ll develop both technical and mental skills through a structured program: theory on breathing and safety, confined water sessions to master static and dynamic apnea, followed by controlled open water descents down to 16 meters deep.

• Prerequisites: Be at least 12 years old, swim 200m, be in good physical condition
• Content: Breathing, static, dynamic, depth, equalization, safety techniques
