Emergency First Response (EFR) is a one-day training course in first aid and CPR, open to everyone.You’ll learn how to react effectively in emergency situations, with easy-to-follow and practical techniques you can use in everyday life.

This certification is internationally recognized and required to complete the PADI Rescue Diver course and begin your Divemaster training.

Valid for 2 years , it can be renewed to keep your emergency response skills up to date.
