From passion to profession
The IDC at Pimp My Dive program is designed to offer you comprehensive, intensive training supervised by recognized professionals. It is led by Charles Salducci, our PADI Gold Course Director, who has over 30 years of experience. Whether you want to take the training continuously or in several stages, we adapt the pace to your needs. Here is the key information you need to prepare for your journey to becoming a PADI instructor.
A complete path to PADI instructor
The IDC (Instructor Development Course) consists of two modules: Assistant Instructor (AI) and Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI), followed by the final exam IE (Instructor Examination).
• Assistant Instructor: teaching techniques, engaging briefings, confined water supervision.
• OWSI : pedagogical improvement in confined and open environments.
• IE : final test validated by an official PADI examiner.
At the end of the program, you'll be ready to teach all levels, from Discover Scuba to Divemaster.
